Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Hudson Oaks, Texas is hiring a Shift Leader for a full-time, fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $15–$18 per hour plus biweekly tips; multiple shifts available and paid training.

This role leads the team, oversees daily operations, delivers strong customer service, and maintains wash quality and safety. We promote from within, offer performance bonuses, and provide benefits including a 401(k) with company match and health coverage.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
