Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time, on-site role in Texas. You will lead the shift team, ensure smooth operations, and deliver excellent customer service while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour with biweekly tips. Paid training is provided, and there are opportunities for promotion as the company grows. This role emphasizes active leadership, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Evenings and weekend availability required.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Help customers select wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.

What You’ll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
