About the Role: As a Shift Leader, you will oversee both the back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) operations, leading a team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain food safety standards. You should be an enthusiastic leader, a quick thinker, and a people motivator, with the goal of progressing to a General Manager position.
Responsibilities include: overseeing restaurant operations, managing team training, ensuring cleanliness and food safety, resolving customer concerns, and handling administrative tasks.
Qualifications: Some restaurant experience, bilingual in English and Spanish, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to obtain ServSafe Certification. Must be available full-time and have open availability.
Compensation and Benefits: $20/hour plus tips, quarterly bonuses, paid time off, health insurance, free food, uniforms, and opportunities for advancement.
