Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country. We are currently actively interviewing Shift Leaders for our brand new Bethlehem location.

As a Shift Leader, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to “Own the Night” by predicting business flow and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, interacting with customers, and ensuring a productive, fun environment for your team.

What You Will Do as a Shift Leader:

  • Provide excellent customer service and quality products throughout the guest experience
  • Support store operations by maintaining efficiency, communicating effectively, and coaching team members
  • Prioritize and delegate tasks such as baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
  • Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment adhering to food safety standards
  • Manage cash handling and deposits

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience with Point of Sale systems
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing, friendly, and patient demeanor
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate others
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 years or older
