About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to ensure smooth daily operations during your shift in our fast-casual restaurant. Your key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• Cash handling experience
• Food safety knowledge
• Ability to repetitively use feet for extended periods
• Basic math skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in economics or accounting
• Ability to perform light cleaning duties
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations during your shift
