As a Shift Leader, you will support the management team in running the store, including coaching staff, ensuring food quality, customer service, cash handling, following training programs, developing team members, enforcing policies, participating in marketing, building sales, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper sanitation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading by example in food quality and customer service
• Managing daily operations and team of 2-5 people
• Performing opening and closing tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Ensuring staff are certified in all restaurant positions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred 1 year of QSR experience
• Serve Safe Food Handler Certification
• Reliable transportation

This role requires working 38-40 hours per week, physical ability to move up to 50 lbs, and effective communication skills. A key holder position, with responsibilities including baking bread, food prep, and team management.
