Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick in Westerville, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to support the leadership team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. The role involves coordinating teams, maintaining the facility, and upholding Chicken Salad Chick standards.

The position requires at least 1 year of restaurant experience, 18+ years old, and the ability to work a rotating schedule including openings, mid-shifts, and closings Monday through Saturday.

• Reliable transportation with a current driver's license is required

• Work a maximum of up to forty hours per week in the restaurant

• Effectively coach and give direction

*The work schedule for this position will rotate to include a combination of opening, mid-shift, and closing Monday through Saturday. If you cannot work those days, you will automatically be disqualified for the position.*

Education and Experience:

One year of related experience in a restaurant environment.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility, including bending and stooping, for the duration of the workday. Must be able to work and perform all duties at any station in the kitchen or service area
