Job summary

Skyline Chili, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily restaurant operations, train teammates, and ensure Skyline Time service with exceptional hospitality.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of restaurant or supervisory experience, is at least 18 years old, and holds a High School Diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and secure environment by following Skyline policy and procedures.
• Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures for team members.
• Lead Skyline Time service and ensure hospitality at all times.
• Supervise team members and prepare food to ensure quality.
• Follow up with team members regarding food preparation and company procedures to minimize costs.
• Monitor labor usage against sales and act when necessary.
• Execute, train and monitor proper cash control procedures.
• Ensure proper training for team members through established training systems; provide ongoing coaching.
• Perform other duties as needed and during peak times.
