Job summary

Caribou Coffee in West Fargo, ND is seeking a Shift Leader to partner with the General Manager to guide daily operations and guest experiences. You will lead shifts, uphold brand standards, and coach the team to deliver quality coffee and service.

The role requires 6+ months in a leadership role (or training), 18+ years old, and flexible availability to cover varying shifts. Join our team to help Make Fun Happen and Own the shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and focus, ensuring brand standards are met.
• Coach and train Team Members on responsibilities, products, and promotions.
• Oversee shop cleanliness, quality, cash handling, and store safety.
• Communicate needs on the floor, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth shift handoffs.
• Manage admin tasks like deposits, inventory, and product orders.
