Caribou Coffee in Brookfield, Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Leader to provide leadership and direction for the coffeehouse in partnership with the General Manager or the Assistant General Manager. The Shift Leader ensures team understanding of brand standards, expectations, products, cleanliness, and guest connections during the shift.

The role requires the ability to coach and train the team, uphold store safety, manage cash handling and inventory, and deliver a welcoming, well-executed

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of leadership experience or properly trained and approved to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexible availability to work different days/times as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts with energy to keep the team focused and guests engaged.
• Ensure brand standards, product knowledge, and proper cash handling.
• Coach and train team on responsibilities, promotions, and recipes.
• Manage bank deposits, inventory, and product orders.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs.
• Communicate deployment and delegate tasks to meet priorities.
