Job summary

Caribou Coffee is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and guide a team on the floor in Fort Worth. You will ensure brand standards, guest connections, and smooth shift execution while maintaining a welcoming, well-managed coffeehouse environment.

The role emphasizes coaching team members, managing prompts, and upholding safety and cash-handling procedures. Successful candidates will have leadership experience, flexibility to work varied shifts, and a strong focus on guest service.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role.
• Availability to work different days and shifts as business needs change.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and engage the team to keep the shift on track.
• Optimize product sales while managing waste and maintaining a clean store.
• Coach and train Team Members on responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Ensure SOPs, cash handling, and store safety standards are followed.
• Take ownership of the shift and ensure smooth hand-offs to the next shift.
