Caribou Coffee in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, coach teammates, and uphold brand standards while delivering excellent guest experiences.

You will manage shift tasks, assist with cash handling, inventory, and placing orders, and train new team members in product knowledge and promotions to maintain a welcoming, energetic store environment.

Qualificações

• At least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

The Shift Leader makes sure the team has a clear understanding of brand standards, expectations, products, cleanliness, new directives, and Guest connections during the shift.
