Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing restaurant shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction and profit. Responsibilities include hands-on employee training, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate behaviors.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader:

1. Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and product quality standards.
2. Ensure a safe working environment by modeling safe work behaviors.
3. Motivate and train team members.
4. Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds through preventative maintenance.
5. Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
6. Execute marketing plans timely and effectively.
7. Champion recognition and motivation efforts.
8. Provide regular feedback to team and RGM.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Supervisory experience in Quick Service Restaurant or retail.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
