Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing restaurant shifts according to company policies to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize profits. The role involves hands-on training, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate behaviors.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader Position:
  • Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and product quality standards.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by modeling safe work behaviors.
  • Motivate and train team members.
  • Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds through preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Execute corporate and local marketing plans timely.
  • Promote recognition and motivation efforts.
  • Provide regular feedback to the team and RGM.
Minimum Requirements: Is This You?
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Supervisory experience in Quick Service Restaurant or retail environments.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Basic business math skills.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
  • Team player with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
