Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader supports shift management by training employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, and modeling appropriate behaviors in the restaurant to maximize profit and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader Position:
  1. Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and product quality standards.
  2. Promote a safe working environment by modeling and enforcing safe work behaviors.
  3. Motivate and train team members.
  4. Ensure equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained through preventative maintenance.
  5. Guarantee food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
  6. Execute corporate and local marketing plans timely and effectively.
  7. Champion recognition and motivation efforts.
  8. Provide regular feedback to team and RGM.
Minimum Requirements: Is This You?
  1. Must be at least 18 years old.
  2. Supervisory experience in Quick Service Restaurant or retail environment.
  3. Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  4. Basic business math skills.
  5. Good oral and written communication skills.
  6. Basic computer literacy.
  7. Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
  8. Team player.
  9. Commitment to customer satisfaction and a strong work ethic.
