Position: Shift Leader

Location: Waco store at 1508 Speight Ave Suite 130, Waco, TX 76706

As a Shift Leader at our bakery, you are the leader of our team during your shift. You will be responsible for predicting business flow, building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and customer interactions. Your leadership will contribute to a productive and enjoyable night for the store.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products
• Support store operations, communicate effectively, monitor efficiency, and train team members
• Delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
• Lead and support the Cookie Crew
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to food safety practices
• Manage cash handling and deposits

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
