Support the operation to deliver Superior Guest Service by performing duties such as completing guest transactions, assisting with food preparation and/or cooking, and cleaning. Assist unit management with monitoring daily operations and lead employees in the absence of a unit or assistant manager. Perform unit opening and closing duties including cash management, inventory, stocking, and maintaining the unit's appearance.
Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. Must obtain alcohol awareness and/or ServSafe Food Safety certification.
High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years of customer service and supervisory experience or equivalent.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, communicate effectively, perform basic mathematical calculations, and apply reasoning. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting (0-50 lb.), reaching, pushing, pulling, handling objects, and close vision.
