Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations at our Valparaiso, IN location. You will oversee crew schedules, coach teams, and ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining food safety and cleanliness per McDonald’s standards.

This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant because you’ll:

• Lead the experience: Handle and oversee crew schedules

• Inspire and Empower: Provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers to provide an outstanding guest experience
