Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Shift Manager in our local franchisee-owned restaurant. You will lead the crew, schedule shifts, and ensure an outstanding guest experience while maintaining McDonald’s standards for food safety and cleanliness.

This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant because you’ll:
