Job summary

McDonald’s Novi, MI is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations. You’ll supervise crew schedules, coach teammates, and ensure fast, friendly service while upholding McDonald’s standards.

You’ll drive guest satisfaction, manage safety and cleanliness, monitor inventory, and support ongoing training to keep the restaurant performing at a high level. This fast-paced role rewards initiative, teamwork, and strong decision-making.
