Job summary

Auntie Anne’s is seeking an Assistant Manager in Fort Myers, FL to oversee store operations under the Store Manager and support Auntie Anne’s Three-Fold Philosophy. You’ll focus on profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced mall environment.

Responsibilities include making dough and pretzels from scratch, supervising shifts, recruiting and training new hires, and maintaining safety and product quality while pursuing performance goals. Mall hours apply; weekends/evenings required.

Qualifications

• Minimum management experience in a retail, restaurant, or fast-paced environment.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Job Summary:

In cooperation with, or in the absence of, the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and operation of the assigned Auntie Anne’s store, with particular emphasis on maintaining Auntie Anne’s Three-Fold Philosophy and achieving the maximum profitability available from store operations.
