Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Serving guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, and providing prompt, respectful responses to all guest needs.
  • Delivering meals to guests at their tables or designated pickup areas, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of your work area, dining room, parking lot, and restrooms.
  • Stocking supplies as needed to maintain inventory throughout your shift.
  • Effectively managing and leading a team to provide the best hospitality and guest experience while maintaining operational standards.
  • Coaching, training, and creating a positive work environment for team members.
  • Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Opening and/or closing the restaurant as a key holder, leading the shift.
