We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a lot of flavor and helps hold it all together!

What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They are empowered to set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe and clean environment. As a Shift Leader, you have the opportunity to grow your career—many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members! What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3am depending on the location) and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks as required by law
• Must obtain ServSafe Certification prior to completing leadership training
• Possession of, or ability to acquire, a valid driver's license (preferred at some locations) and meet driving qualifications
