Role Overview: Our Shift Leaders work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience. They open and close the store, coach team members, and maintain quality and cleanliness. Many of our leaders have grown from Shift Leaders to General Managers. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Able to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Pass background check
• Obtain ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion
• Valid driver’s license (location-dependent)
