Job summary

Bluemont Group, a Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking a part-time Shift Leader in Pleasantburg, Greenville, SC. Lead the line during busy periods, coach crew, handle cash, and address guest concerns while upholding food safety and cleanliness. Training includes ServSafe certification and onboarding for new Crew Members.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, Dunkin' or retail experience required.
• Dependable and able to lead others.
• Calm and friendly under high demand.
• Count cash accurately and follow procedures.
• Stand and move for full shifts; lift and carry supplies.

Responsibilities

• Set the line for your shift across drive-thru, front counter, beverage and sandwich stations.
• Move staff where needed during rushes.
• Coach crew in the moment and provide quick feedback.
• Fill in at any station when needed to keep the line moving.
• Resolve guest issues on the spot and maintain friendliness.
• Adhere to cash, labor and food cost procedures for your shift.
• Oversee food safety and cleanliness, and earn ServSafe certification.
• Help train new Crew Members and report equipment issues to management.

What you’ll do

• Set the line for your shift: drive-thru headset, front counter, beverage and sandwich station
• Move people where they’re needed as the rush builds and slows
• Coach crew in the moment: show the recipe, give quick feedback, call out great work
• Jump in on any station when the drive-thru backs up
• Fix guest issues on the spot: remake the drink, correct the order, keep it friendly
• Follow cash, labor and food cost procedures for your shift
• Run food safety and cleanliness checks, and earn your ServSafe® certification with us
• Help train new Crew Members and flag equipment issues to your manager

Our restaurants are open as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 11 p.m. Hours vary by location and day.

Opening, mid and closing shifts; early mornings and weekends are our busiest times
