Job summary

Bluemont Group, operator of Dunkin’ restaurants, seeks a Shift Leader to run the floor during their shift. You’ll set the line, move staff as the rush builds, coach the crew on recipes, and step in at any station to keep the drive-thru moving.

Opening, mid, and closing shifts; early mornings and weekends are busiest. We offer weekly pay, vacation, 401(k) matching, free coffee and meals, and ServSafe training to advance into management.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail or Dunkin’ crew experience.
• Dependable with leadership potential.
• Calm and friendly when lines are long.
• Able to count cash accurately and follow procedures.
• Able to stand, bend and move for a full shift, lift and carry supplies.

Responsibilities

• Set the line for the shift across drive-thru headset, front counter, beverage and sandwich stations.
• Move staff to where they’re needed as the rush builds or slows.
• Coach crew in the moment with quick feedback and recipe guidance.
• Jump in at any station when the drive-thru backs up.
• Fix guest issues on the spot: remake drinks, correct orders, stay friendly.
• Follow cash, labor and food cost procedures for your shift.
• Run food safety and cleanliness checks and earn ServSafe certification.
• Help train new crew members and flag equipment issues to management.

Coach the Team & Run the Floor

You know the rush. Now you run it.

As a Dunkin’ Shift Leader (Shift Supervisor) with Bluemont Group, a local Dunkin’ franchisee, you’re

in charge of the floor for your shift. You set positions, keep the drive-thru moving, and coach the crew so every drink and sandwich goes out right. It’s a great next step if you’ve been crew for a while, or if you’ve led a shift somewhere else and want a real path into management.

What you’ll do

• Set the line for your shift: drive-thru headset, front counter, beverage and sandwich station
• Move people where they’re needed as the rush builds and slows
• Coach crew in the moment: show the recipe, give quick feedback, call out great work
• Jump in on any station when the drive-thru backs up
• Fix guest issues on the spot: remake the drink, correct the order, keep it friendly
• Follow cash, labor and food cost procedures for your shift
• Run food safety and cleanliness checks, and earn your ServSafe® certification with us
• Help train new Crew Members and flag equipment issues to your manager

Our restaurants are open as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 11 p.m. Hours vary by location and day.
