As a Shift Lead, you'll be the captain of our bakery during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your leadership will involve building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and engaging with customers, creating a fun and productive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products
• Support store operations, communicate effectively, monitor efficiency, and coach team members
• Delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
• Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to food safety practices
• Manage cash handling and deposits

• At least 1 year in a customer service role
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and patient demeanor
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Leadership by example and motivating others
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
