Base pay range

$23.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and participate in food preparation, assembly, and packaging.
2. Issue instructions, set priorities, and manage workflow.
3. Assign duties, review work for quality and adherence to policies.
4. Reconcile daily receipts and manage cash control.
5. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu.
6. Assist with serving guests and addressing their needs.
7. Enforce safety policies and procedures.
8. Communicate performance issues to management.
9. Set shift goals and enforce policies.

Qualifications

1. Food handler’s permit.
2. 3-6 months of experience in a corporate restaurant.
3. Must be 18 or older.
4. Commitment to quality customer service and teamwork.
5. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Attention to detail and quality improvement mindset.
8. Ability to work independently and solve problems.
9. Basic math skills.
10. Ability to lift 10-50 pounds frequently.
