Job summary

Dog Haus in Richardson, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to guide front- and back-of-house teams, oversee daily operations, and uphold Dog Haus standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.

You’ll lead with energy, train new staff, manage opening/closing, and handle guest issues while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Position Overview:

As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the team, managing shifts, and ensuring that every aspect of the restaurant runs smoothly. You’ll provide leadership and support to both front-of-house and back-of-house staff, while maintaining Dog Haus’ high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.

• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledgeable of restaurant operations, including safety and sanitation practices.
