Job summary

Tommy’s Express Car Wash in Reading, PA is seeking a Shift Leader to set the tone for daily operations, ensure smooth customer service, and drive a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will oversee shifts, coach teammates, monitor cleanliness and safety, handle guest concerns, and help achieve daily goals. Evening and weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, and eligibility to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable coaching frontline team members and handling guest concerns or service recovery during a shift.
• Able to remain on your feet for the full shift.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

As a Shift Leader, you will help set the tone for the day by keeping operations running smoothly and supporting a strong service culture on the ground. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys leading by example, staying engaged with both customers and team members, and helping drive a fast-paced operation toward daily goals.
