Job summary

Dunkin' in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, set shift goals, and ensure friendly, efficient service that meets Brand standards. You will guide tasks, monitor performance, and provide timely feedback to keep the shift running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has restaurant or retail supervisory experience, strong math and writing skills, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Being at least 18 and fluent in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members to execute Brand standards and guest-focused service.
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew during shifts.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to the team.
• Support training of crew members as requested.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture and resolve guest issues.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and comply with laws.
• Drive sales and execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.

Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.
