Job summary

Dunkin' in Alabama is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, uphold Brand standards, and deliver a friendly guest experience during each shift.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English required.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong guest service focus with ability to coach others.
• Good math and writing skills for handling orders and records.
• Basic computer skills for POS and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members to meet Brand standards and guest expectations.
• Coordinate shift priorities and assign tasks to team members.
• Provide coaching and timely feedback to staff.
• Support training of crew members as requested.
• Maintain guest-first culture and resolve guest issues.

Summary:

Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.
