Job summary

Dunkin' is looking for a Shift Leader in Knightdale, NC to coach Crew Members, ensure operational Brand standards, and deliver a friendly guest experience. You set shift goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team while delivering timely feedback.

You will support training, uphold safety and sanitation guidelines, drive sales, and manage cash during shifts, enabling a positive, efficient restaurant operation.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant, retail or supervisory experience.
• Fluent in English; strong math and writing skills.
• Ability to use a computer and POS system.

Summary:

Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.
