Job summary

Dunkin' in Cary, NC is hiring a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during shifts and ensure we meet brand standards while delivering a friendly guest experience.

You will set goals, assign tasks, motivate the team, and provide timely feedback, contributing to a positive, efficient restaurant operation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong math and basic writing abilities.
• Proficiency with common computer tools.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.

Summary:

Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.

Responsibilities Include:
