Job summary

Dunkin’ in Posen, Illinois, is looking for a part-time or full-time Shift Leader to join our fast-paced team. You’ll lead by example, support crew, and help deliver outstanding guest service while maintaining store standards.

You’ll handle prep, inventory, cash, training, and coaching. The role offers flexible hours, competitive pay with tips, and growth opportunities within Dunkin’ as you step into management.
