We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a LOT of flavor and helps hold it all together!

What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They help set the morale and tone, provide feedback and coaching, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure food and beverage quality and maintain a safe, clean environment. This role offers growth opportunities, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders and Team Members. What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background check
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain before training completes)
• Valid driver's license (preferred, but location-specific)
