Job summary

Scooter’s Coffee in Overland Park, KS is seeking an energetic Shift Lead to direct a smooth workflow and assist the Store Manager with daily store operations. You’ll lead a friendly barista team, set a high-energy pace, drive sales, and embody our core values of Integrity, Love, Humility, and Courage.

You’ll serve as a role model and team leader when the Store Manager is unavailable, helping the store run efficiently and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Being an AMAZING Shift Lead, you would be responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting the Store Manager in a variety of store operations. This role assists in leading a friendly, service-oriented barista team, sets a high-energy work pace, drives sales, increases profit, and demonstrates an engaged management style that exudes positivity. This position serves as a role model and serves as a team leader when the Store Manager is unavailable.
