Job Title: Shift Leader at Insomnia Cookies

Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest-growing late-night sweet indulgence companies in the country. We are currently interviewing for the position of Shift Leader at our Orlando East store located at 12101 University Blvd, Orlando, FL 32817. As a Shift Leader, you will be the captain of our bakery during your shift, responsible for predicting business flow, leading by example, and ensuring a fun and productive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining product quality
• Supporting store operations, communicating effectively, monitoring efficiency, and coaching team members
• Delegating tasks such as baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
• Ensuring a safe, clean environment and adhering to food safety standards
• Managing cash handling and deposits

Desired skills and experience:

• At least 1 year in a customer service role
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and patient demeanor
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S., 18 years or older
