Job description

Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country. We are actively hiring Shift Leaders at our Orlando East store located at 12101 University Blvd, Orlando FL 32817. As a Shift Leader, you will be the captain of our bakery during your shift, responsible for predicting business flow, leading the team, and ensuring a fun and productive environment. Your role includes building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products
• Support store operations, communicate effectively, monitor efficiency, and coach team members
• Delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
• Work alongside the Cookie Crew
• Maintain a safe, clean environment adhering to food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and deposits

Desired Skills & Experience

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Strong communication, time management, and people skills

• Leadership by example and motivation skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Legal eligibility to work in the US
• Must be 18 or older
