Job summary

OKD Management dba Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins in Oklahoma City is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations on a shift-by-shift basis and assist the management team in coaching and supporting team members.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English, with ability to read and speak clearly.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach and motivate team.
• Excellent time management and guest service skills.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Flexible schedule including full- or part-time availability.

WINNIN'

• You are able to fluently speak/read english
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Passion for results by building teams
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
