Qualifications

Job description

As a Shift Leader at our OKC store located at 1131 N Walker Ave, Oklahoma City 73103, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful team. Your hands-on leadership should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and engaging with customers. Taking pride in your role as a leader will contribute to a productive and enjoyable night for your store!

What will I do as a Shift Leader?
  • Provide exceptional customer service and quality products to all guests
  • Support store operations by maintaining efficiency, communicating information, and coaching team members
  • Ensure a safe, clean environment and adhere to food safety standards
  • Manage cash handling and deposits
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Point of Sales (POS) system experience
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Leadership by example and motivational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 or older
