Position Overview: Shift Leader

Our Shift Leaders play a vital role in motivating the team and delivering excellent guest experiences. They work closely with the General Manager, open and close the store independently, and uphold high standards of food quality and store cleanliness. This role offers growth opportunities, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders.

Qualifications
