Responsibilities

1. Support management in daily operations, including coaching staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining cleanliness.
2. Handle cash and participate in marketing initiatives.
3. Build sales and develop team members for growth.
4. Enforce policies, maintain sanitation standards, and ensure safety certifications are up to date.
5. Lead by example in customer service and food preparation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 1 year QSR experience.
• Serve Safe Food Handler Certification.
• Reliable transportation and ability to operate slicer (must be 18+).

Additional Requirements

• Work 38-40 hours weekly, move or transport up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead a team of 2-5 people, perform opening/closing tasks, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
