As a Shift Leader, your responsibilities include supporting management in daily operations, coaching staff, ensuring food quality, delivering excellent customer service, cash handling, training, enforcing policies, participating in marketing, building sales, maintaining cleanliness, and leading by example.

You should be able to move or transport up to 50 lbs, work 25-40 hours weekly, and communicate effectively with team members and management. Key duties also involve managing a team of 2-5 people, performing opening and closing tasks, baking bread, and slicing.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of QSR experience preferred, Serve Safe Certification, and reliable transportation. You must be 18+ to operate the slicer.

This position is mid-senior level, temporary, and in the restaurant industry. Franchise locations are independently operated, and application decisions are made by franchisees.
