Role Overview

A Shift Leader supports the management team in running the location, including coaching staff, ensuring food quality, delivering excellent customer service, cash handling, following training programs, developing team members, enforcing policies, participating in marketing, building sales, maintaining cleanliness, and being certified in all restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

1. Lead by example in food quality, customer interaction, and uniform standards.
2. Ensure restaurant cleanliness and sanitation.
3. Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
4. Manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.
5. Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
6. Perform opening and closing tasks, including baking bread and prep work.
7. Manage and lead a crew of 2 to 5 people.
8. Proficient in slicing and food preparation.
9. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 1 year of QSR experience.
• Must be 18+ to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Food Handler Certification.
• Reliable transportation.

• Work 25-40 hours per week.
