Captain D’s Newark is seeking a Shift Leader who will be the face of the brand, guiding the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll supervise meal prep, ensure safety and cleanliness standards, and motivate teammates through open communication and recognition.

You will lead by example, train staff, manage shift operations, and drive guest satisfaction while supporting growth opportunities within the company.
