Captain D’s is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure smooth shift operations, food quality, and safety standards.

You’ll be responsible for developing team members, maintaining high service levels, and promoting from within whenever possible in a dynamic work environment.
