SHIFT LEADER

Looking for highly motivated individuals who can help our team grow. We need friendly and outgoing people to interact with our guests and crew members.

Required to be available for at least 2 shifts on Friday through Sunday. Flexible scheduling is available if needed. Opportunity to advance within our organization if interested.

Store is closed on Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

General Purpose of Position:

As part of the management team, a Shift Leader works directly with Managers and Owners to ensure the daily management and operations of the retail store meet expectations. The Shift Leader must be able to make informed decisions, solve problems diligently, and effectively manage the store when upper management or Owners are not present.

Responsibilities/Duties

1. Ensure efficiency and organization of all store processes and procedures.
2. Assist with orientation, training, coaching, and developing team members.
3. Manage store paperwork related to operations and procedures.
4. Ensure team compliance with company policies and standards.
5. Maintain store appearance and product presentation.
6. Uphold department goals, cleanliness, organization, and inventory management.
7. Support team members during peak periods or scheduling conflicts.
8. Process sales transactions, returns, and special orders accurately.
9. Safeguard store property and prevent damage and theft.
10. Assist in managing sales floor and staff.
11. Keep management and owners informed of activities and issues.
