We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel — they add flavor and hold everything together! They work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team, set the tone, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensuring quality, safety, and cleanliness. This role offers growth opportunities, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders.
