Job description

As a Shift Leader at our Westown MKE store located at 1133 N Old World 3rd St, Milwaukee WI 53203, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. Taking pride in your leadership as an Insomniac contributes to a productive and fun night for your store!

What will I do as a Shift Leader?

1. Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests throughout their experience.
2. Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating pertinent information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to standards, and assisting in training and coaching team members.
3. Ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and staff, adhering to food safety practices.
4. Manage cash handling and deposits.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Point of Sale system experience.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
